What we collect and why

• Name and email — to deliver your ebook and answer questions (contract performance).
• Order details — to keep sales records (legal obligation, legitimate interests).
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info) — to run and secure the site (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting and email service providers that help us run the site and deliver the ebook.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting), and authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep order data as long as needed for delivery and for legal/tax record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it.
